Overview
PHTA fights to protect the U.S. State Department J-1 Summer Work Travel Program for seasonal lifeguards and H-2B visa program to ensure our members continue to have a workforce that enables them to continue doing business. At the same time, PHTA looks at opportunities to encourage entry into the pool and spa profession by those looking to enter the workforce here at home.
