By registering for a PHTA GENESIS® course, you agree to the following terms:
By registering for the GENESIS® course, you consent to PHTA's Audio/Video/Streaming/Photography Policy. PHTA, or its contractors, may audio record, video, and/or photograph the various aspects and activities of the GENESIS® course for both archival and promotional purposes. Photography and/or recordings (including audio and video) during the GENESIS® course is allowed, and such photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of PHTA. In addition, any such photos and/or recordings of Exhibits or Sponsors may require the permission of the Exhibitor or Sponsor. Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without PHTA's prior written consent. PHTA retains the right to revoke consent. No disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed, and violators may lose attendance privileges.
Substitution—If you are unable to attend the GENESIS® course and need to transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please notify us of the change by sending an email request to jwood@phta.org.
Cancellation—If you are unable to attend the GENESIS® course and need to cancel your registration, please notify us the cancellation by an email request to jwood@phta.org.
For registration cancellations received 30 days or more in advance, a 50% refund will be issued. After 30 days in advance, due to our commitments with vendors, a refund is not possible.
Cancellations received 10 or more days prior to the first day of the class may receive a refund, less a $150 processing fee. Or the full registration payment may be transferred to a future class—to be attended within one year—with no processing fee deduction. Cancellations received within 10 days of the first day of the class may receive a 50% refund, less a $150 processing fee. Or 50% of the payment amount may be transferred to a future class—to be attended within one year—with no processing fee deduction.
