PHTA and GENESIS® Registration Information

By registering for a PHTA or GENESIS® course, you agree to the following terms:  

Recording—Audio/Video/Streaming/Photography   

By registering for the PHTA or GENESIS® course, you consent to PHTA's Audio/Video/Streaming/Photography Policy. PHTA, or its contractors, may audio record, video, and/or photograph the various aspects and activities of the course for both archival and promotional purposes. Photography and/or recordings (including audio and video) during the course is allowed, and such photos and/or recordings are the exclusive property of PHTA. In addition, any such photos and/or recordings of Exhibits or Sponsors may require the permission of the Exhibitor or Sponsor. Photos and/or recordings cannot be copied, altered, sold, exhibited, or further distributed without PHTA's prior written consent. PHTA retains the right to revoke consent. No disruptions due to photography and/or recording shall be allowed, and violators may lose attendance privileges.

Registration  

  1. Substitution—If you are unable to attend the PHTA or GENESIS® course and need to transfer your registration to another person in your organization, please notify us of the change by sending an email request to jwood@phta.org.  

  1. Cancellation—If you are unable to attend the PHTA or GENESIS® course and need to cancel your registration, please notify us the cancellation by an email request to jwood@phta.org

In Person Events

For registration cancellations received 30 days or more in advance, a 50% refund will be issued. After 30 days in advance, due to our commitments with vendors, a refund is not possible.  

Virtual Events

Please register at least 5 business days prior to the first day of class so materials can be delivered to you prior to the start of the class. Registrations received within 5 business days of the start of the class will incur a $50 expedited delivery fee, and we will send the materials to you as quickly as possible but cannot guarantee materials will be delivered prior to the first day of the class. 

Cancellations for virtual events received 10 or more days prior to the first day of the class may receive a refund, less a $150 processing fee. Or the full registration payment may be transferred to a future class—to be attended within one year—with no processing fee deduction. Cancellations received within 10 days of the first day of the class may receive a 50% refund, less a $150 processing fee. Or 50% of the payment amount may be transferred to a future class—to be attended within one year—with no processing fee deduction.
