This will be PHTA’s first in-person event since the pandemic began, allowing pool operators, environmental health officials, service technicians, aquatic managers, and other industry professionals to reconnect, network, and learn.
The Pool & Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) launched the Registered Pool Maintenance and Service Technician Apprenticeship Program to help build a more skilled and diverse workforce, expand the workforce of service professionals in the aquatics industry. As a registered apprenticeship program, this program has been validated by the U.S. Department of Labor and provides employers access to larger talent pools.

The International Swimming Hall of Fame (ISHOF) will use its broadcast and media platforms to encourage donations for Every Child A Swimmer (ECAS). The Pool and Hot Tub Foundation (PHTF) will be responsible for the administration of all ECAS donations including donor acknowledgments and issuance of grant awards.
