IHTA Hot Tub Retailer of the Year

The IHTA Hot Tub Retailer of the Year Award is a peer-nominated award recognizing one outstanding hot tub retailer who has advanced the hot tub retail profession through outstanding achievements and dedication to the hot tub industry. Winners may be individuals or companies.

Nominees must meet the following criteria:

• Nominee is committed to being a positive role model for the profession and peers.
• Nominee must have proven track record of meeting or exceeding industry standards in hot tub retail sales, merchandising, operational excellence, and service.
• Nominee has been involved with, managed, or owned a hot tub retail business for at least three years.
• Nominee actively participates with IHTA/PHTA at a local or national level.
• Nominee is a current employee of an IHTA/PHTA member company in good standing.
